If the purchased product did not meet your expectations or if you have encountered an error in your order, we describe the various options and conditions for making a return, which is always free within 30 days. The process is very simple, follow these 3 steps:
1. Contact Customer Service
If you wish to return your order or part of your order, send an email to support.uk@dalfilo.com with the order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Collection of Products to be Returned
After completing the return form that you will receive via email, we will arrange for the collection of the items you intend to return. The return shipment usually takes between 4 to 7 working days.
3. Refund
We will then proceed to issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the items at our warehouses.
Returns conditions
- The return can be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If you do not have the original packaging available, you can return the items using a different one. Please ensure that the packaging is securely sealed to avoid the loss of the products.
- In case the product has defects, please send us a photo of the defective item so that we can identify the problem and find a solution together with you. We suggest checking the condition of the ordered products within 14 days of receiving the package.
- Embroidered products are unique and personalized. For this reason, they cannot be returned. Please carefully check your initials and the color of your embroidery before confirming the order.
- If you have chosen the wrong size or color, no problem, you have 30 nights to change your products. To proceed with an exchange, send an email to support.uk@dalfilo.com.
