Delivery Time
Our fulfilment team works from Monday to Friday and we do our best to get products packed and dispatched as quickly as we can. We work through orders chronologically and usually dispatch within 2 working days. If your order includes a custom embroidery, it may take a few extra days to be completed. Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number and your order will be delivered within 2-4 working days. Shipping fees
In the United Kingdom, shipping is free for orders over £150. For orders below £150, a shipping fee of £4,95 applies.
